The Duobaoshan Ancillary Energy Storage Power Station Project in Heilongjiang Province is one of the largest
industrial projects in Nenjiang City in terms of investment. It is located in the Nenjiang City Duobaoshan Ecological
Minerals (Smelting) Economic Park,and aims to promote the development of the clean energy industry and respond
positively to the national strategic goal of “peaking carbon and achieving carbon neutrality”.
Heilongjiang ‘200MW Wind+PV+100MW/200MWh ESS’ Integrated Project,China
This project is a wind-solar integrated project, including wind power and photovoltaic power generation, as well as an
ancillary energy storage system.The planned total capacity is 1000MW, of which 960MW and 40 MW of
photovoltaic projects. The first phase of the project has a scale of 200 MW, including 160 MW of wind power and 40
MW of photovoltaic power, and a 100MW/200MWh lithium iron phosphate energy storage power station, which was
put into operation in February 2025. It can realize two configuration methods: self-generation and self-use and surplus
power feeding into the grid, reducing the abandonment of wind and light.The project will reduce energy consumption
and carbon emissions through the use of clean energy, and will serve as a positive demonstration for the
construction of the “green and environmentally friendly mine” and new energy industry chain projects in Nenjiang
City
