The project is situated in the mining area of Julong Copper Mine in Maizhokunggar County, Xizang Autonomous Region, serving as a large-scale application project for high-altitude, large-tonnage pure electric rigid mining trucks.The mining truck is optimized for complex operating conditions including high altitude, extreme cold and steep slopes, achieving multiple functions such as heavy-duty climbing, stable all-region transportation, intelligent dispatching, safety redundancy protection and energy consumption optimization. Meanwhile, they can be connected to the mine’s intelligent operation platform to participate in the full-process collaboration of mine production.
The ZL150E adopts a multi-axle central distributed independent drive architecture equipped with high-power axial flux motors, which is perfectly adapted to steep slope operations at an altitude of 5,300 meters. It is fitted with a resistor grid system that solves the problems of overcharging during energy recovery on long downhill sections and cold start in extremely cold environments.Featuring a patented high-torsional three-axle rigid frame and multiple safety braking and steering systems, it establishes a robust safety guarantee for operations. It effectively addresses the environmental and cost challenges of transportation in high-altitude mines, promotes green and low-carbon transformation, and creates a replicable “LongKing Solution” for the large-scale application of large-tonnage pure electric mining trucks at high altitudes.
