The project site is located in Wuqia County, Kashgar, Xinjiang, with an altitude of about 2200 metres and an ambient temperature of about -30°C~+40°C, which is a harsh environment with extremely high requirements for waterproofing, anticorrosion and dustproofing. The project adopts side orientation power exchange (bilateral), a single battery capacity of 385kWh, a total of 8 sets of batteries, the system is equipped with station-wide monitoring, fire protection systems, and battery emergency water tanks and other safety systems, can achieve the emergency shutdown of illegal intrusion, the abnormal battery timely processing and other functions. The battery replacement speed of the station is fast, the position recognition accuracy and capture accuracy are high, the smoothness of the replacement work is good, and the success rate of the replacement reaches more than 99.9%. It is also equipped with an intelligent operation system, which can record all kinds of charging and switching data of the power exchange station, automatically generate relevant management reports, and monitor the health condition of batteries and data records of abnormal events.
